Secretary Message

Respected members,

With immense sense of solidarity, l take this opportunity to express my sincere satisfaction in having launched the website for BAR ASSOCIATION KOTTARAKKARA.The website opens wide vistas of legal knowledge and information that could be shared among the members of the ASSOCIATION. It would act as a window through which legal world would be viewed by utilizing various digital platforms thereby blending legal and digital knowledge for making legal deliberations more fruitful. The Association should act as a professional organization of the lawyers that could regulate the legal process in such a way that everyone should get justice in a democratic and secular society like the one we have as envisioned in the Constitution of India. The strength of every Association stems from its unity through which common goals are set and concerted efforts are made to achieve the goals. Our objective should be to promote professional competence by continuing legal education to help lawyers stay current in legal and public services. We should join our hands to enforce standards of ethical conducts and encourage the spirit of public service. Finding reasonable solutions to problems faced by the lawyers and the public, through information sharing, advocacy ,and public relations would strengthen our Association. This would make legal services more efficient and effective for the society to lead a prosperous life.

In this context I assure you all support to the lawyers as and when they are in need of the services of the Association whether it is professionlal or personal. Soliciting co operation from all concerned.
